Against all odds and predictions, Zalgiris Kaunas started this season's Euroleague campaign with three wins in a row. And all of them on the road. Last Tuesday the beat 69-75 Crvena Zvezda at Aleksandar Nikolic Hall Belgrade. The Lithuanian side defense was not approachable for the Serbians in the last period, and so Zalgiris took a well-deserved win.

Anadolu Efes last Tuesday raced into an early double-digit lead through a 0-12 run and never looked back. The Turkish side needed their first win after two missed opportunities and they leave no choice to Alba Berlin. They beat them 72-93 and now they travel to Lithuania to continue their winning streak.

Shane Larkin didn't play once more, but Vasilije Micic led the Efes offense superbly to claim a double-double of 13 points and 13 assists. Tibor Pleiss top-scored with 23 points, while Dunston netted 13 points in just 12 minutes and added 3 blocked shots, and two more players had double digits in scoring. Chris Singleton and Krunoslav Simon both added 10 points.
