Liga ACB was first established 37 years ago, and currently has 19 teams playing. Also known as Liga Endesa for sponsorship reasons, this league is the professional basketball league of the Spanish basketball system. Barcelona is the most successful team in the league with 15 titles (latest 2014) to their name but they will have to wrestle the crown from defending champions Baskonia (4 in total and latest at 2020) who have claimed victories in the last edition and Real Madrid holding 13 titles (latest in 2019).

Most career points reached from Alberto Herreros with 9,759 and All-Time Career Rebounding from Felipe Reyes with 4,665. The organization features a double round-robin format. Over the course of the season, from October to May, each club plays every other club twice, once at home and once away for a total of 34 games. The top eight teams may proceed to the playoffs.

  • Real Madrid: Founded in 1931, Real Madrid definitely has the most successful club among its peers, both in Spain and in Europe. Make sure to watch the team that has won multiple Spanish League championships, including a 7-in-a-row and 10-in-a row sequences
  • Barcelona: Establish in 1926, over 90 years ago, Barcelona is the oldest team in the EuroLeague and the LIGA ACB. Make sure to watch the team that has won 25 Spanish Cups and 18 Spanish Championships.
  • Baskonia: Club Deportivo Saski-Baskonia, or more commonly known as Saski Baskonia was first established 60 years ago and has since then won multiple awards such as four Spanish Championships, six Spanish Cups, 4 Spanish Supercups, and one FIBA European Cup.
  • Valencia: Valencia Basket Club S.A.D. or more commonly known as Valencia Basket plays both in the EuroLeague and Spanish League ACB. Make sure to watch the team's games as they featured great players such as Jose Rodilla Gil and Victor Luengo Ciscar.
  • Unicaja Malaga: Officially known as Baloncesto Malaga, Unicaja is based in Malaga, Spain, and was first established over 40 years ago. The team’s streams feature them live and online as they try to add to their successes of 1 Spanish Championship, 1 Spanish Cup, 1 EuroCup, and 1 Korac Cup.
  • Gran Canaria: Club Baloncesto Gran Canaria, also known as Herbalife Gran Canaria for sponsorship reasons, first established over 55 years ago and has, in that time, won one Spanish SuperCup Championship. Make sure to watch the team’s streams as the club continuously tries to tack on more championship banners into their rafters.
  • Tenerife: Iberostar Tenerife, also known as Club Cantera Base 1939 Canarias S.A.D., has won one Champions League and two Intercontinental Cup Championships. For a long time, the team was led by Alejandro Martinez as head coach and has most recently replaced by Txus Vidorreta from 2015 to the present.
  • Andora: Known as MoraBanc Andorra for sponsorship reasons, this professional basketball team was gone from the LIGA ACB for 18 years before it finally made its return in 2014. At that time, the team has garnered much success. So make sure to watch the team whose success includes 1 LEB Oro Championship, 1 LEB Plata championship, 1 Copa Principe, and 1 Lliga Catalana.

  • Nikola Mirotic: Nikola Mirotic is a 2-time Spanish league MVP, NBA All-Rookie First Team, two-time Spanish Cup winner and Spanish Cup MVP. Make sure that you catch this man’s games as his NBA experience will surely become an invaluable experience made obvious in his games
  • Nick Calathes: Nick Calathes is a late second-round pick in 2009, drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves. Since then, he had left the NBA and took his talents to the EuroLeague where he won multiple awards such as the EuroCup championship and EuroCup MVP.

  • Facundo Campazzo: At 5’11’’, Facundo Campazzo is the smallest player in this list. As an argentine professional player, he makes use of his wits more than anything.

  • Pablo Laso: Laso started coaching in 2004. Since then, he has jumped around multiple teams, never really finding a proper home until Real Madrid. As head coach, he has won the FIBA Intercontinental Cup, multiple EuroLeague championships, and two Euroleague coaches of the year awards.
  • Sarunas Jaskevicious: Jaskevicious is a Lithuanian professional basketball coach. As a player, his credentials are outstanding and it should translate in his coaching.
