The fifth fixture of Turkish Airlines Euroleague brings us the duel between teams that have combined 7-1 overall record, as Real Madrid hosts Khimki Moscow in their Wizink Center on Thursday, November 2nd at 21:00 PM.

Khimki plays at a high tempo, with Shved running the offense from pick&roll, where he has huge space to exploit defense rotations. They have great ball movement, ranking third in assists per game (18.2). The question is whether they will manage to maintain efficiency for 40 minutes against Madrid.

Luka Doncic and Aleksey Shved are among Europe’s most exciting players this season. Doncic is heading into the game as Euroleague’s MVP for October, with 24.0 PPG (leads the league), along with 6.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists. He has a complete all-around game with the ability to control the game on both ends of the floor.

Shved is already established Europe’s superstar, and he’s entering his prime years. He’s almost impossible to guard in the pick&roll game, where he has the ability to drive, shoot or find an open teammate at any moment. He’s league’s third-best scorer (19.0 PPG), and ranks ninth in assists with 4.5.
