Olympiacos traveled to Saint Petersburg last week and get away with a well-deserved win 66-75 over Zenit. The Greek side's center Hassan Martin was simply amazing and with the help of Vasilis Spanoulis, Giorgos Printezis and Kostas Sloukas led their team to the second on the road win of the season. In the first half, Olympiacos had 12 of 19 two-pointers (63.2%) while limiting Zenit to just 4 of 14 (28.6%). In the second half, the Russian tried to get on the game, but the strong defense of Olympiacos didn't give them the chance. 

For yet another night at home Olympiacos will rely on the pace that Kostas Sloukas and Vasilis Spanoulis will give. In addition to the power in front-line that Georgios Printezis, Livio Jean-Charles, Hassan Martin, and Octavius Ellis give, the "Reds" will try to overcome Alba Berlin. Giorgos Bartzokas wants his team to start improving in rebounds, they are one of the worst teams in the competition, and of course play their well-known strong defense. 

Alba was absolutely demolished 67-103 at home from Barcelona last week. The German side was lacking in every part of the game and wasn't able to stop Nicola Mirotic who scored 18 points in 18 minutes while Alex Abrines added 17 points on 5-for-6 three-point shooting in 17 minutes. Simone Fontecchio scored 17 points and Luke Sikma posted 10 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists for Alba, but wasn't enough. 

It will be quite a test tonight for Aito Reneses team. Based mainly on their offensive style the German side will face pone of the best defences of the League. Ben Lammers inside and Maodo Lo on the perimeter could be the players to lead that change. If they will dictate their pace then they will have a chance. If not they will have another loss this season.

Even though it is his first season in Euroleague Olympiacos' Hassan Martin has quite an impact on what the "Reds" achieved so far. The center/forward from Staten Island has an average of 10.1 points and 5.4 rebounds and with an amazing 91.4% shooting percentage makes a great impact in his team game. On the other side power forward Luke Sikma has contributed 7.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists for Alba so far. In addition, he is one of the best passers in the league, while Martin is based on his athleticism to attack the basket or grab some rebounds. An interesting battle never the less.
