Bayern hosted Crvena Zvezda last week and did what they need to do to get another home win. They played strong on defense so they beat the Serbs 74-59 with Wade Baldwin and Nick Weiler-Bobb scoring 15  points each. Bayern's forward Vladimir Lucic also helped his team with 12 points, 2 rebounds, and two assists, but more important by playing extremely well in defense against his countrymen. 

Another game at home for the Germans, but more difficult this time. They will face Valencia and if they want to continue their winning streak they must take advantage of their main weapon. Offensive rebounds. Bayern is third in the league in that area (11.3) and that gives them a lot of second-chance baskets. If they control the glass, they will make a decisive step to win this game.  

Valencia is in good shape lately and even though they came too close to beat CSKA at Moscow, last week they won Olimpia Milano at home 86-81 after an intense game. Sam Van Rossom led the winners with 21 points while Klemen Prepelic added 14 and Nikola Kalinic had another 10 for the hosts. They improved their standings 4-2 and they are ready to build a winning streak to get even higher.

Valencia's two on the road wins came because they dictate their offensive pace. This is what they will try to do tonight in Munich. A difficult task though, because Bayern is a defensive type of team and likes to slow things down. And take advantage of the mistakes its opponents make. And Valencia does a lot in every game (11.0).

Bojan Dubljevic has another amazing Euroleague season. He leads his team in scoring (12.8) and rebounding (5.3). And even though he is a center, he prefers to shout from outside the ark.
