After initial bang and blow over victory against Panathinaikos, Barcelona is facing heavy struggles and has lost 3 matches in a row. And now they have to host a team that has yet to suffer a defeat in this year’s campaign, as Oly went 4-0 in the first four matches.

MATCHUP TO WATCH
The decisive battle is under the rim in this game. Nikola Milutinov is constantly improving as he took over starting position at center, as teams’s second-best scorer in the league so far, only behind ever-present Georgios Printesis. These two make the Olympiacos basket a very hard to hit. Kevin Seraphim is playing on a high level for Barca as a starting center and is team’s leading scorer (14.8 PPG). If he manages to compete with Oly’s big men and win rebounding battle, Barca might have a chance.

On the other side, Tomas Huertel is the main ball-handler for Barca, and in this game, he’ll face a huge pressure from Olympiacos guards, whether it’s Brian Roberts or Janis Strelnieks. He needs to find a way to be productive against Oly’s guards, who’ll keep an eye on him as long as he’s on the court.
